Yes. Drawings, city permits and scheduled inspections sit with us. You get copies of every approval so nothing is hidden in a subcontractor’s inbox.
Weekly walk-throughs are part of the job. Wear boots, we supply the vest. Ad-hoc visits are fine if you give the site lead a few hours’ notice.
After a site visit we issue a line-item estimate: labour, materials, preliminaries and contingency. Change orders are written, priced and signed before extra work starts.
The programme moves, and you hear about it the same day — not at the next monthly meeting. Weather days are tracked in the weekly report.
Most of our work is inside the metro area. For a larger commercial job further out, tell us the site — we will say quickly if we can staff it properly.
