A product sprint is usually four to six weeks. A full build is eight to fourteen. We give you a dated plan before we start, not a vague range after the kickoff.

Both. Early teams often need the same clarity as a listed group — without a 40-person bench. If the problem is real and the brief can be found, we will say quickly whether we are the right fit.
Fixed-fee by phase: discovery, design, and build. We do not bill by the hour to stretch a workshop. Change of scope is written, priced and signed before extra work starts.
