As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we email you a tracking link. You can also open your account, go to Orders, and select the order to see live carrier updates. Tracking usually becomes active within a few hours of dispatch.

Yes, within one hour of placing it. Email support@novatrend.com with your order number and we'll amend the address, swap a size, or cancel it entirely. After that window the order is usually already packed, so you would need to use our free return instead.

Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days in the US and 5 to 9 business days internationally. Express delivery arrives in 1 to 2 business days and is available at checkout on eligible addresses.

Standard shipping is free on every order over $50. Below that threshold a flat $4.95 fee applies, shown before you pay. Express shipping is charged separately based on destination.

We currently ship to 45 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused and in its original packaging. Returns are free in the US, and sale items are covered too. Personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Open Orders in your account, choose Return next to the item, and pick a reason. We email a prepaid label straight away. For exchanges, tell us the size or colour you want and we reserve it while your parcel is in transit.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of your return arriving at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, the money then takes a further 3 to 5 days to appear on your original payment method.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Buy-now-pay-later through Klarna is available on orders between $50 and $1,000 in supported countries.

Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and card details never touch our servers. We also support 3D Secure verification for extra protection.

No, guest checkout is always available. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders, save addresses, keep a wishlist, and start returns without emailing us.
